Coach & Bus Live 2011 Sponsorship Details

1. Enhanced Listing on “Your Are Here Boards”
The Opportunity:

• There will be two “You Are Here” boards located in the show. Each board will have a floor plan and list of exhibitors. This is a simple and effective package to increase awareness of your company presence and location at the show.

2. Enhanced Listing on “Coach & Bus Live 2011 Website”
The Opportunity:

• Ensure that attendees know that you will be exhibiting, giving them the opportunity to find out more about your company before the event

3. “Combo” Enhanced Listing – “Website” and “You are here boards”
The Opportunity:

• Make sure your customers know exactly where to find you – before the show, and when they are there.

4. Pens for Visitor Information Desk
The Opportunity:

• Over 6,000 attendees are expected to be at the show with many looking for information and assistance as they enter the show.  As a sponsor you will be able to promote your company as visitors enter the show by supplying branded pens for use at the information desk. Pens are said to be the most kept promotional item!

5. Visitor Welcome Bags
The Opportunity:

• With over 6,000 attendees at the show there is a lot of information for them to take away from their visit. Carrier bags are available at the entrance. Exclusive to one exhibitor only, these bags will provide a high profile opportunity. They will have your company logo on one side and the Coach & Bus Live logo on the reverse.

6. Inserts in Visitor Welcome Bags
The Opportunity:

• Provide us with your insert and we will make sure that it is placed in the show carrier bag that is available at front of house and on the registration desks

7. Company logo on visitor and exhibitor lanyards
The Opportunity:

• To have your company logo in mono or colour on the visitor and exhibitor lanyards so visitors and exhibitors can wear their badges more visibly.

8.  Accreditation and Logo on You are Here Boards
The Opportunity:

• There will be two “Your Are Here” boards located in the hall. Both boards will be placed within the show in areas of high visitor traffic. One side will feature directional information and the other will carry your company poster in full colour. We will produce and place the poster for you from artwork supplied as specified.

9. Visitor Registration  – link on website
The Opportunity:

• A banner advert, your company logo and a link to your company website on the visitor registration page of the Coach & Bus Live 2011 website.

10. Live Theatre
The Opportunity:

• During the show there will be a series of technology based seminars. The theatre is located in the heart of the show and will accommodate approximately 100 delegates, all of the sessions are free to attend.

11. Registration Area in entrance to the show
The Opportunity:

• Really be in the forefront of peoples minds by having your company logo be the first and the last name all attendees see as they enter and depart the exhibition.

12. Outside Display Area
The Opportunity:

• Your logo positioned on banners throughout the external vehicle display area, visible to attendees as they browse through the many vehicles available to view.

13. Pocket Floor Plan at Show
The Opportunity:

• Be in everybody’s pocket and at everybody’s fingertips with your company/product logo and advertisement on the show floorplan

14. Registration Computer Screens/Terminals
The Opportunity:

• Welcome each attendee by having your company logo featuring on all the registration screens when in standby mode.

15. Non-slip Laminated Floor Tiles positioned in aisle carpets
The Opportunity:

• Literally guide footfall to your stand by having your company branding and stand location advertised on a tile in the show aisles – price is per tile – limited number available.
