Coach & Bus Live 2011 bucks exhibition trend

Coach & Bus Live feedback reaps rewards.

By taking part in a market research survey for Coach & Bus Live 2011, two respondents have been lucky enough to be randomly selected to receive £100.00 John Lewis vouchers from Event organisers Expo Management.

“Researching the visitor and exhibitor experience at the exhibition forms an essential part of the planning process for the next show edition” states Julie Hartley, Sales Manager, “Without fully understanding which features of the show have worked and more importantly where improvements can be made, we would not be able to develop future events as effectively”.

Some real positives have come out of the survey, including 92% of visitors rating time spent at Coach & Bus Live 2011 as good, very good or excellent. The same percentage rated the exhibiting companies at the show to the same standard.

The research also confirmed the effectiveness of “zones” within the show such as Technology or Accessibility, with 73% of respondents stating that products were easier to find within a specified area.

“The importance we place on the research is shown by the incentive offered” says Julie “and response levels were pleasing with 10% of visitors to the show giving their feedback along with 12% of exhibitors”

The vouchers will be sent out just in time for Christmas to Neil Widdowfield, Sales Director – Key Accounts, Bluebird Vehicles Ltd for the Exhibitor Survey and Andy Horn, Depot Manager, Reays Coaches, Cumbria, for the visitor survey.
